Driving up to the main farmhouse after seeing the cows ...

The farmhouse where the classes are. The landscaping is amazing. Another building on property. More garden views. Another view... Another building on property... another view .... Another building... Feeling like under the Tuscan Sun yet??? Just amazing property .... Don't you just love springtime? A Secret Garden? After class we realized they had an olive oil production going on in one of the other buildings. First pressed Olive Oil ....  A gentleman who drove up and asked where he could buy olive oil said ... this was the secret to youth! The olive press .. The wheel that crushes the olives. Springtime ... A Lemon Tree in the garden ... Caught Aleta walking thru the garden... This might be my favorite picture!   Olive Trees ... The view across the valley... Simply Gorgeous ... Another View across the valley ... The Kitchen ...

Gnocchi alla Romana with Black Truffle Oil and Black Truffle Paste!   Yes I brought some Truffle Paste home with me!  Oh, and yes yes yes it was yummy! Bruscetta... Pasta with homemade sauce. Baby Gnocchi ... yummy! Chocolate Tart with Hazelnut and Strawberries. The Crew ...  Sandra is one of the founders of the school ... 17 years ago! Me and Scott ... he is a Chef from NY ... what a life ... having to cook in Italy! The crew!  Sandra Lotti is the one leaning on her elbow.  She was amazing.   Clear instructions, vast knowledge, celebrated chef and fun!
