1978 Charlotte Motor Speedway - We got asked to do a Napa Auto Parts photo shoot. We were there with Miss Texas and the Good TImes Custom Vans. Here is where my NASCAR bug bit me! What you can't see is the "Check out my parts" sticker that is on our butt! FYI. Paula's son is on a NASCAR Pit crew...who knew! Update: Paula thinks this is a very successful Richard Childress who is now a NASCAR team owner. 1995 - on my birthday! WOW! absolutely the best adrenalin rush ever. I got the video too! Joseph always rolled his eyes when I pulled it out. BUT... he did it on his 18th Birthday and he called me and said..."mom it hasn't even been 24 hours yet and I have watched my video 10 times!" I just giggled and said "I told ya!" 2003 August - Racing with Vic on his birthday. I went faster and was the only girl in the class too. What fun! 2003 Austin Danskin crossing the finish line with my sister Julie. Ladies...you must do this... the Danskin is the best for beginners. 2006 Austin Danskin .... yup I did it again with my sister Julie and her friend Cassie. 2004 - The winning BBQ team... both Brisket and Ribs. 2003 Happy Birthday Vic! At the Success Symposium in Dallas on March 28, 2009 with Stedman Graham With Michelle Prince and her new book. She had a lightbulb moment at CYPN in July and in 8 months wrote and published her first book! Now THAT is taking action! Success Symposium with Mel Robbins Success Symposium with Ron White. He recently won the National Memory Championship and set new time records. Success Symposium with Darren Hardy and Aleta Gibson. YUMMMEEE. We ate at Stephen Pyles restaurant and this is the Tamale Tart...MUST try it. Of course no meal would be complete without a picture with the chef Stephen Pyles! Another must try signature item at Stephen Pyles ... Heaven and Hell Cake! Peanut Butter mouse with chocolate cake, Angel food cake and Raspberry sauce.
